✅ Special handling requirements PRICING RANGES: 1/8 Truck Load: $99 — $149 1/4 Truck Load: $199 — $249 1/2 Truck Load: $299 — $399 3/4 Truck Load: $399 — $499 Full Truck Load: $499 — $599+ Note: Prices are estimates only. Final price confirmed on-site before work begins.

Price Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price if:

✅ The actual volume of items is significantly more than described

✅ Items require special handling not mentioned in the original quote

✅ Additional items are added after the initial quote is provided

✅ Access to items is significantly more difficult than described Any price adjustments will be communicated and agreed upon BEFORE work begins.

5. Payment Terms

Payment Due Date

Cancellation and Rescheduling

CANCELLATION POLICY:

✅ Cancellations made 24+ hours before appointment: No charge

✅ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment: No charge for first cancellation

✅ Repeated last minute cancellations may result in a scheduling deposit being required for future bookings

RESCHEDULING POLICY:

✅ Rescheduling is available at no charge with reasonable notice

✅ Same-day rescheduling is subject to crew availability

✅ We will do our best to accommodate your preferred rescheduled time

6. Items We Cannot Remove

For safety, legal, and environmental reasons Cape Coral Junk Removal cannot remove or transport the following items:

❌ HAZARDOUS MATERIALS: → Asbestos containing materials → Biological or medical waste → Radioactive materials → Explosive materials or ammunition → Large propane tanks (over 20 lbs)

❌ LIQUID WASTE: → Motor oil or automotive fluids → Paint (liquid) → Pool chemicals → Pesticides and herbicides → Any unidentified liquid containers

❌ OTHER RESTRICTED ITEMS: → Items containing Freon (unless properly prepared) → Large amounts of dirt or fill → Whole hot tubs (must be broken down first — we handle this) → Items suspected to be stolen → Items under legal dispute

7. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer of Cape Coral Junk Removal you agree to the following responsibilities:

10. Disposal and Recycling Policy

Cape Coral Junk Removal disposes of all removed items responsibly:

✅ Usable items are donated to local Cape Coral organizations including Goodwill and Habitat for Humanity ReStore when possible

✅ Recyclable materials including metals, electronics, and appliances are taken to appropriate recycling facilities in Lee County

✅ General waste is disposed of at the Lee County Solid Waste Transfer Station

✅ Hazardous materials are referred to appropriate Lee County hazardous waste programs Note: We do not guarantee donation or recycling of specific items. Final disposal decisions are made at our discretion based on item condition and local availability.
